Reginald De was born about 1120 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Reginald De's father was William De Warenne 2nd Earl Of Surrey and his mother was Lady Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois Lady.  His paternal grandfather was William Earl De Warren; his maternal grandparents were The Great Capet, Count Of Vermandois Hugh and Adelaide Countess Of Vermandois. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Ralph De, William De, Reginald, Gundred de, Ella De, Gundred, Adeline Ada and Ada, Countess de.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He had five half-brothers and twelve half-sisters, named Robert "The Just" De, Waleran Lord De, Hugh De, Waleran Earl of Worcester, Druex, Isabel (Elizabeth) De, Adeline De, Emma de, Mabel de, Alice, Amicade De, Maud of Meulan de, Elizabeth, Adeline, Aubere, Wevia and Maude.  He died in 1179 in Wormegay, Downham, Norfolk, England.
