Nest Verch Tewdwr was born about 1095. Nest Verch Tewdwr's father is Tewdwr "Mawr" Ap Cadell and her mother is Gwenllian Verch Gwyn. Her paternal grandparents are Cadell Ap Einion and Elinor Verch Gwerystan; her maternal grandfather is Gwyn Lord Dyvet Ap Rhytherch. She has two brothers and a sister, named Rhys Ap, Rhydderch Ap Tewdwr and Elen Verch Tewdwr. She is the second oldest of the four children.General Notes
