Agnes was born in 1030 in Evreux, Normandy, France.1   Agnes' father was Richard Count Devereux and her mother was Godhilda Goodchild Adelaide of Barcelona.  Her paternal grandparents were of Devereux Bishop of Rouen Robert and Havlive (de Rouen). She had a brother named William. She had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named William, Raoul III d'Acquigny, Roger II de, Nigel de Toeni Neel, Robert de and Adelina Adeliza Alice.  She died about 1087.1

‌Agnes and Simon  I Baron & Count were married in a religious ceremony before 1059 in Normandie.1   They had four sons and two daughters, named Richard De, Simon II De, Amaury III De, Guillaume de, Bertrade and Adeliza.
