She had four brothers and a sister, named Richard De, Simon II De, Amaury III De, Guillaume de and Adeliza. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Amauri 'The Strong' De, Eva Eve de, Isabel de, Isabel De and Isabel. She died in Fontrevault, France. She was buried in bur. The lecherous Fulk Rechin fell passionately in love with the sister of Amaury of Montfont, 'whom no good man ever praised save for her beauty'. For her sake, he divorced the mother of Geoffrey Martel II, declaring her to be his kinswoman. [Plantagenet Chronicles, p. 36]
The lecherous King Philip came to Tours and, having conversed with Fulk's wife, decided to make her his queen. That evil woman abandoned the count the next night and followed the king, who had stationed his knights at Mindray near the bridge over the Beuvron, and he led her to Orleans. Thus the voluptuous king filled his house with marital crimes committed under ban of excommunication and begat two sons by the woman, Philip and Florus. [Plantagenet Chronicles, p. 37]
