Her paternal grandparents were BENJAMIN DEAN and MARY UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather is WILLIAM LEONARD FERGUSON and her maternal grandmother was SARAH STOKES. She had six brothers and five sisters, named WILLIAM MARSHALL, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, JOSEPH HENDERSON, JOHN WESLEY, ANTHONY WAYNE, LINDSEY S., SARAH, CYNTHIA ANN, ELIZABETH, REBECCA MAHALA and EMILY CAROLINE. She was the third oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 61 on May 27th, 1887 in WAYNE CO,W VA.-
