JOHN WESLEY DEAN 
JOHN WESLEY was born on August 9th, 1833 in CABELL CO,W VA. JOHN WESLEY's father was JOSEPH HENDERSON DEAN and his mother is ELIZABETH FERGUSON. His paternal grandparents were BENJAMIN DEAN and MARY UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather is WILLIAM LEONARD FERGUSON and his maternal grandmother was SARAH STOKES. He had five brothers and six sisters, named WILLIAM MARSHALL, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, JOSEPH HENDERSON, ANTHONY WAYNE, LINDSEY S., SARAH, CYNTHIA ANN, MARTHA HAYNIE, ELIZABETH, REBECCA MAHALA and EMILY CAROLINE. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 38 on July 8th, 1872.-
