Her paternal grandparents were BENJAMIN DEAN and MARY UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather is WILLIAM LEONARD FERGUSON and her maternal grandmother was SARAH STOKES. She had six brothers and five sisters, named WILLIAM MARSHALL, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, JOSEPH HENDERSON, JOHN WESLEY, ANTHONY WAYNE, LINDSEY S., SARAH, CYNTHIA ANN, MARTHA HAYNIE, ELIZABETH and EMILY CAROLINE. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 70 on August 28th, 1908 in WAYNE CO,W VA.-
