Margaret was born about 1309 in Castle Badlesmere, Kent, England.  Margaret's father was Bartholomew V de Badlesmere and her mother was Margaret de Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were Gunceline de Badlesmere and Joan FitzBernard; her maternal grandparents were Thomas de Clare and Juliane FitzMaurice Fitzgerald of Offaly. She had a brother and three sisters, named Giles, Joane, Margery and Elizabeth.  She was the third oldest of the five children.  She died on December 3rd, 1347 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.  She was buried in Earls Colne.

‌Margaret and Robert were married in a religious ceremony on July 25th, 1316.  They had a daughter named Isabel.


Margaret's second family with John de Vere

‌Margaret and John were married in a religious ceremony before March 27th, 1336.  They had three sons and three daughters, named John, Thomas, Robert, Elizabeth, Margaret and Maud.


Margaret's third family with John de Tybotot

‌Margaret and John were married in a religious ceremony before July 24th, 1337 in Castle Badlesmere, Kent, England.  They had two sons named John and Robert.
