Ada Eugenia was born on June 10th, 1865 in Centre, Cherokee Co., Alabama.1 Ada Eugenia's father was Lemuel Jackson Standifer and her mother was Sarah Frances Underwood. Her maternal grandfather was William Henderson Underwood and her maternal grandmother is Virginia O'Ferrall. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William Henderson, Walter Scott, John Henry Milner, Leona Nancy, Ella Virginia, Augusta Georgia and Julia Florence. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 45 on November 26th, 1910 in Cartersville, Bartwo Co., Georgia.
