William Coke Crook 
William Coke was born on January 25th, 1833.1 William Coke's father was Joseph Crook and his mother was Winney Norwood. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Porter Norwood and Elizabeth Underwood. He had four brothers named Reuben Franklin, Benjamin Telfair, Samuel Joshua and Joseph Solomon. He was the oldest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Abner, Andrew Jackson, Lafayette and Opal. He died at the age of 80 on March 30th, 1913.1 General Notes
