Benjamin Telfair Crook 
Benjamin Telfair was born on April 24th, 1835.1 Benjamin Telfair's father was Joseph Crook and his mother was Winney Norwood. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Porter Norwood and Elizabeth Underwood. He had four brothers named William Coke, Reuben Franklin, Samuel Joshua and Joseph Solomon. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Abner, Andrew Jackson, Lafayette and Opal. He died at the age of 77 on October 3rd, 1912.1 General Notes
