Lawrence Leslie Basham 
Lawrence Leslie was born on February 27th, 1894 in Kentucky.1 Lawrence Leslie's father was Hartwell Belvy Basham and his mother was Mary Catherine "Katie" Crume. His paternal grandparents were Henry Blades Basham and Sarah Jane Brock; his maternal grandparents are John D. Crume and Julia Nottingham. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John V., Arthur Hartford, Jessie Lee, Erva D., Herman R., Lillie Day, Margaret T. "Maggie", Vera C., Myrtle and Leavy. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 74 on December 31st, 1968 in Shelby Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
