Myrtle Basham 
Myrtle was born about March 1895 in Kentucky.1 Myrtle's father was Hartwell Belvy Basham and her mother was Mary Catherine "Katie" Crume. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Blades Basham and Sarah Jane Brock; her maternal grandparents are John D. Crume and Julia Nottingham. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John V., Arthur Hartford, Jessie Lee, Erva D., Lawrence Leslie, Herman R., Lillie Day, Margaret T. "Maggie", Vera C. and Leavy. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1914.1 General Notes
