Leavy Basham 
Leavy was born about January 1899 in Kentucky.1 Leavy's father was Hartwell Belvy Basham and her mother was Mary Catherine "Katie" Crume. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Blades Basham and Sarah Jane Brock; her maternal grandparents are John D. Crume and Julia Nottingham. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John V., Arthur Hartford, Jessie Lee, Erva D., Lawrence Leslie, Herman R., Lillie Day, Margaret T. "Maggie", Vera C. and Myrtle. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1900.1 General Notes
