Michael Meyers

Michael was born on December 8th, 1755 in <Springfield Twp, York, Pennsylvania>.  Michael's father was Christain Meyer or Myers and his mother was Elizabeth Kauffman.  His paternal grandparents were Hans Myer Moyer and Hans Moyer; his maternal grandparents were Andreas Kauffmann and Elizabeth Kneissley. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Christain, Andrew, Martin, Abraham, Henry, Elizabeth and Maria.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers named (Rev) John and Andrew Kauffman.  He died at the age of 26 on May 13th, 1782.
