Mary Catherine was born on March 14th, 1869 in Cullers Run, Hardy, West Virginia. Mary Catherine's father was James M. May and her mother was Catherine MOYER. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel May and Eve HARLESS; her maternal grandparents were Paulser MOYER and Sarah WHETZEL. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William Van Pearson, Henry B., James Franklin, Joseph Daniel, Robert Lee, Isaac Samuel, Sarah Elizabeth, Ann Rebecca and Susan Victoria. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 54 on December 20th, 1923 in Central, Graham, Arizona. She was buried on December 23rd, 1923 in Central, Graham, Arizona.-
