Radcliffe Leigh 
Radcliffe was born about 1590. Radcliffe's father was Sir Peter Leigh and his mother was Margaret Gerard. His paternal grandparents were Peter Leigh and Catherine Venables; his maternal grandfather was Sir Gilbert Gerard. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Piers, Francis, Gilbert, John, Thomas, Peter, Anne and Catherine. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died about 1590.-
