Harry F. Rogers executor of said estate has filed his account and
vouchers in final settlement of said estate and that the same will come
up for examination and approval on the 14th day of February the same
being the 20th Judicial Day of the January term of 1914 of said court at
which time said creditors, ehirs and legatees are required to appear in
the Court House in the City of Bloomington and show cause if any there be
