Cecil Dillon 
Cecil was born on May 20th, 1908 in Lincoln County. Cecil's father was Josh Dillon and his mother was Josephine Reynolds. His maternal grandparents were John Milton Reynolds and Phoebe Dailey. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Grover, Freeman, Living, Living, Opal, Ruby, Phoeba and Living. He died at the age of 77 on January 27th, 1986 in Cabell County.-
