John Milton Reynolds 
John Milton was born on May 20th, 1859 in Cabell County. John Milton's father was James H. Reynolds and his mother was Rutha Chapman. His paternal grandparents were Ezekiel Reynolds and Amy Jefferson; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin "Greenberry" Chapman and Elizabeth "Betsy" Conner. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named James Thomas, Willis Wesley, Mary Elizabeth, Amy Adeline, Minerva "Belle", Julianne, Ellen Laurine, Cordelia Alice, Ida Mae and Delila Myrtle. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 75 on February 2nd, 1935 in Lincoln County. He was buried in Curry Chapel.-
