Louis Alfred Latimer Webb Carter 
Louis Alfred Latimer Webb was born on October 20th, 1886 in Lucknow, India. Louis Alfred Latimer Webb's father was Sir John Thomas Carter and his mother was Lady Ella Louisa Crossley Webb. His maternal grandparents were Ephraim George Webb and Louisa Millar Crossley. He had five brothers and a sister, named Tod, Ernest Albert John Webb, Ion Hastings Webb, Desmond Patrick Webb, Brian Wolsey Webb and Nk. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 50 on May 24th, 1937 in Richmond.General Notes
Served in France, Salonika and Palestine in WW1. Received DSO as Lieut or Capt. Army Service Corps. 3 MID's. Played Cricket for Europeans (India) in 1923/24 as Wicket Keeper.
