Brian Wolsey Webb Carter 
Brian Wolsey Webb was born on July 31st, 1901 in Bedford, Bedfordshire, England. Brian Wolsey Webb's father was Sir John Thomas Carter and his mother was Lady Ella Louisa Crossley Webb. His maternal grandparents were Ephraim George Webb and Louisa Millar Crossley. He had five brothers and a sister, named Tod, Ernest Albert John Webb, Louis Alfred Latimer Webb, Ion Hastings Webb, Desmond Patrick Webb and Nk. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 on January 2nd, 1982.General Notes
DSO 1943/44. MID 1945. Organised Defence of Malta in 1935. Joined St Johns Ambulance after War.
