Jane Spinney

Jane was born on January 15th, 1861. Jane's father was Joseph L. Spinney and her mother was Ann Jane Steen. Her paternal grandparents were James S. Spinney and Martha (Anne) Lowe; her maternal grandparents are James Steen and Ruth Crozier. She had nine brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, Robert, Gideon, George, Joseph, James, Fred, Melvin, Chester, Mary, Annie, Maggie and Spinney. She was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 8 on December 31st, 1869 in St. George, New Brunswick.
