Agatha De Burgh

Agatha was born about 1247 in Chilton, Buckinghamshire, England.¹ Agatha's father was Walter De Burgh and her mother was Avelina Fitzjohn. Her paternal grandparents were Richard 'The Great' De Burgh and Egidia De Lacy; her maternal grandparents were John Fitzgeoffrey and Isabel Bigod. She had three brothers and a sister, named Richard 'The Red Earl', William, Thomas and Egidia. She was the oldest of the five children.¹
