František Leopold was born in 1657.  František Leopold's father was Pavel Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Marie Magdalena Hložková ze Žampachu.  His paternal grandfather was Zdenìk Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Kateøina Kotzová z Dobrze. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Arnošt Vilém, Zdenìk Václav, Jan Bohuslav, František Lukáš, Adam Václav, syn, Petr Pavel, Anna Markéta, Beninga Kateøina and Jana.  He died at the age of 1 in 1658.
