Jana's father was Pavel Malovec z Chýnova and her mother is Marie Magdalena Hložková ze Žampachu.  Her paternal grandfather was Zdenìk Malovec z Chýnova and her paternal grandmother is Kateøina Kotzová z Dobrze. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named František Leopold, Arnošt Vilém, Zdenìk Václav, Jan Bohuslav, František Lukáš, Adam Václav, syn, Petr Pavel, Anna Markéta and Beninga Kateøina.  She died in 1655.
