Adam Václav's father was Pavel Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Marie Magdalena Hložková ze Žampachu.  His paternal grandfather was Zdenìk Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Kateøina Kotzová z Dobrze. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named František Leopold, Arnošt Vilém, Zdenìk Václav, Jan Bohuslav, František Lukáš, syn, Petr Pavel, Anna Markéta, Beninga Kateøina and Jana.  He died in 1652.
