  Samuel, Lanourer of Hawarden

Frances' father was Samuel Williams and her mother was Ann Millington.  Her paternal grandparents were John Williams and Elizabeth Broughton; her maternal grandparents were John Millington and Margaret Youd. She had two brothers and six sisters, named John, Samuel, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann, Ann, Rachel and Margaret.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 80 in 1888.
