John Howarth 
John was born in 1664 in Walmsley. John's father was Richard Howarth and his mother was Ellen. His paternal grandparents were Peter Howarth and Grace Crosse. He had two brothers named Thomas and Joseph. He was the youngest of the three children. He died before February 2nd, 1719 in Darwen.1 Death Notes
"John was alive 19 Nov 1701, but was dead 2 Feb 1719", so more likely had died before 1719.

John Howarth was living 18 Nov 1701, dead before 2 Feb 1719. He was no doubt possessed of a proportionate share of the almsley Tennement.
John was the father of Edmund who married Ann of Walmsley Fold.
