William Heffernan

William was born in 1887.  William's father was William Heffernan and his mother was Mary St John.  His paternal grandparents were John Heffernan and Mary Cody; his maternal grandparents were St John and <Unknown>. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Patrick, Thomas, James, John, Daniel, Mary, Kate, Ellen and Norah.  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He had a half-sister named Maggie.
