George Ballard

George was born in 1848.  George's father was William Henry Tippin Ballard and his mother was Eliza Hall.  His paternal grandparents were William Ballard and Mary Ann Mellin  . He had a brother and three sisters, named Henry, Eliza, Mary and Ellen.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
