Eliza Ballard

Eliza was born in 1846.  Eliza's father was William Henry Tippin Ballard and her mother was Eliza Hall.  Her paternal grandparents were William Ballard and Mary Ann Mellin  . She had two brothers and two sisters, named George, Henry, Mary and Ellen.  She was the oldest of the five children.
