Thomas was born in 1735 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England and his christening took place there on January 8th, 1735.  Thomas' father was Edward Rack and his mother was Elizabeth. He had two brothers and a sister, named William, Thomas and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, John, Ann, Mary and Elizabeth.  He died in 1735 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England.  He was buried on January 9th, 1735 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England.
