Ann was born in 1718 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England and her baptism took place there on November 5th, 1718.  Ann's father was Edward Rack and her mother was Ann Chapman. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, Mary and Elizabeth.  She was the oldest of the five children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William, Thomas, Thomas and Mary.  She died at the age of 14 in 1732 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England.  She was buried on June 19th, 1732 in Goxhill, Lincoln, England.
