  • This is the last will and Testament of me William Coller, now residing at the Birches in the parish of Hagley in the County of Worcester. Gardener.
    
    I appoint my wife Susan Coller and my second son Arthur Baldwin Coller and my daughter Mary Ann Wootton Executor and Executrixes of this my will. I give and devise to my wife Susan Coller all those four messuages or dwelling houses with the outbuildings and premises "thenedo ?" belonging, situated in Stourbridge Street, Kidderminster. No 43 No 44 No 45 and No 46 in the County of Worcester. To hold the same to her, Susan Coller for and during the term of her natural life, for her sole and seperate use, free from the control and engaments of any future husband, with whom she may later marry. And from and after her decease, I give and devise the same messuages and herediaments to my three children, Charles William Coller, Arthur Baldwin Coller and Mary Ann Wootton to be equally divided between them as they may agree between themselves.
    
    And in case of the death of either of my three children, his or her children to take the benifit of the parents share. And to my wife, Susan Coller, I leave whichever furniture and linen she may deem fit for her own personal use. The rest to be sold, and with all other monies due to me, to pay all just debts, and funeral expenses. The residue if any to divert to herself the said Susan Coller for her own free use. I revoke all other wills by me at any time made. In witness where of I have here-under set my hand this sixteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and seventy four.
    
    Signed by the testator as and for his last will and testiment in the presence of us who at his request, in his presence at the same time, and in the presence of each other have here-unto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been previously read over to him, and he perfectly understood the same and set his name there to in our presence.

    Proved at Worcester the twenty second day of December 1874 by the oathes of Susan Coller, widow, the relict, and Arthur Baldwin Coller of No 25 Crescent Place, Hackney Road, in the parish of Middlesex, Coller Maker, the son of the said deceased, two of the Executors therein named they having been first sworn duly to administer. Power reserved of making the like grant to Mary Ann Wootton (wife of Edward Wootton), the daughter of the said deceased the other executor named in the said will.
