Milton (Ski) Alberto Gustafson

Milton (Ski) was born on March 25th, 1925. Milton (Ski)'s father was Charles Ivan Gustafson and his mother was Ellen Gydersen. His paternal grandparents were John F. Gustafson and Anna Sophia Andersdotter; his maternal grandparents were Mads Gydersen and Christine Jessen. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Roy, Lloyd (Jimmy), Melvin, Helen and Edna. He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 79 on October 4th, 2004.

General Notes
- Sandstone is where he grew up and attended school. He was a World War II Army veteran and fought in the battles at Normandy and Rhineland in the European/African/Mideastern campaigns. He was a retired truck driver and worked for Jeno's Pizza and Best Line for almost 50 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Union. MEMORIAL SERVICE:2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004 in the Evangelical Free Church in Hinckley with Pastors Dale Clifton and Lloyd Olds officiating. Visitation from 1-2 p.m. in the church. Special music by Mike Hanson. Honorary casketbearers are Milton Gustafson, Jason Monette, Steven Larson, Travis Wichner, Justin Larson, Curt Eells and Adam Flanders. Full military rites accorded by the Hinckley VFW and American Legion Honor Guard. Arrangements by Methven Funeral Home, Sandstone, Minn.
