Agusta (Mildred) Sophia Gustafson

Agusta (Mildred) was born on March 31st, 1908. Agusta (Mildred)'s father was Gustaf Theodore Gustafson and her mother was Hanna Christine Gydersen. Her paternal grandparents were John F. Gustafson and Anna Sophia Andersdotter; her maternal grandparents were Mads Gydersen and Christine Jessen. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Bert (Carl), Arthur, Elmer (Sonny), Ellen, Ruth and Esther. She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 86 on September 26th, 1994.

General Notes
- She was born in Page, North Dakota and died in Sandstone, MN. She is buried in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, in Friesland, MN.
  
  As a child, she moved with her family to a farm near Friesland, MN. She attended the Goff rural school.
  
  After marriage she farmed near Friesland until moving to Pennock, MN in 1949 where they worked on a turkey farm. In 1955 they moved to Two Harbors, still working for the Superior Turkey Farm. Following Rays death, she worked as a cook at Oscar's Cafe in Two Harbors for several years. She moved to Sandstone, MN in 1984. She belonged to the United Church of Christ and was a former member of the Grindstone Lake Sewing Club. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, knitting, reading and puzzles of all kinds.
