Sophia was born on June 22nd, 1606 in Greenwich Palace.  Sophia's father was James_I Stuart and her mother was Anne of_Denmark.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Stuart and Mary Stuart; her maternal grandparents were Frederick_II of_Denmark and_Norway and Sophia of_Mecklenburg- Gustrow.  She was the youngest of eight children.  She had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry Frederick, Charles_I, Robert, Son, Elizabeth, Margaret and Mary.  She died at just 1 days old on June 23rd, 1606 in Greenwich Palace.
