Charlotte Maria was born on August 16th, 1682 in St. James Palace,London,England.  Charlotte Maria's father was James_II Stuart and her mother was Mary Beatrice of_Modena.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles_I Stuart and Henrietta Maria of_France; her maternal grandparents were Alfonso_IV d'Este and Laura Mortinozzi.  She was the third of five children.  She had two brothers and two sisters, named Charles of_Cambridge, James Francis Edward, Catherine Laura and Louisa Maria Theresa.  She had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Charles of_Cambridge, James of_Cambridge, Charles, Edgar of_Cambridge, Mary_II, Anne, Henrietta and Catherine.  She died at 1 months old on October 6th, 1682 in St. James Palace,London,England.
