Constance was born in 1066 in Normandy,France.  Constance's father was William_I the_Conqueror and her mother was Matilda of_Flanders.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert the_Devil and Herleva; her maternal grandfather was Baldwin_V of_Flanders.  She was the fourth of ten children.  She had four brothers and five sisters, named Robert Curthose, Richard, Henry_I Beauclerc, William_II Rufus, Adela, Cecilia of_Holy_Trinity, Agatha, Adeliza a_nun and Matilda.  She died at the age of 24 on August 13th, 1090 in Brittany,France.
