Arthur William Patrick was born on May 1st, 1850 in Buckingham,Palace,London,England.  Arthur William Patrick's father was Albert Augustus Charles and his mother was Victoria Hanover.  His paternal grandparents were Ernest_I of_Saxe-Coburg- Saalfeld and Louise of_Saxe-Coburg- Altenburg; his maternal grandparents were Edward Augustus Hanover and Victoria Mary Louisa.  He was the seventh of nine children.  He had three brothers and five sisters, named Edward_VII, Alfred Ernest Albert, Leopold George Duncan, Victoria Adelaide Mary, Alice Maud Mary, Helena Augusta Victoria, Louise Caroline Alberta and Beatrice Mary Victoria.  He died at the age of 91 on January 16th, 1942 in Bagshot Park,Surrey.
