Alice of_Battenberg was born in 1885.  Alice of_Battenberg's father was Louis of_Battenberg and her mother was Victoria Alberta of_Hesse.  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander of_Hesse and_the_Rhine and Julia of_Battenberg von_Hauke; her maternal grandparents were Louis_IV of_Hesse and Alice Maud Mary.  She was the oldest of four children.  She had two brothers and a sister, named Louis of_Burma, George and Louise Alexandra.  She died at the age of 84 in 1969 in Buckingham,Palace,London,England.
