Robert (Bob) Sharpe 
Robert, known as Bob, was born on May 25th, 1920 in Upleatham, UK and his baptism took place there. Bob's father was Thomas Sharpe and his mother was Emily Eliza Fowle (Sharpe). His paternal grandparents were Joseph Sharpe and Ellen Thwaites (Sharpe); his maternal grandparents were Mr Stephen Fowle and Charlotte Knight (Fowle). He had two brothers and three sisters, named Arthur, Jack, Elsie, Mary and Doris. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 85 on May 4th, 2006 in Hospital.-
