John Benjamin White

John Benjamin was born in June 1898 in Newport, Monmouth. John Benjamin's father was John White and his mother was Mary Ann Neagle. His paternal grandparents were John White and Hannah Maria Eastment; his maternal grandparents were John Neagle and Catherine Maher. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas John, George Frederick, Alfred, William, Stanley, Leslie, Florence Lucie, Nancy and Eleanor Mary. He was the oldest of the ten children.
