Sarah Ann Tembey

Sarah Ann was born in June 1876 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland, England. Sarah Ann's father is John Henry Tembey and her mother was Emily Menhennet. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; her maternal grandparents were William Menhennet and Jacholiah Thomas. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel William Henry, John, Albert, Eveline, Eliza Thomas, Christiane, Emily and Blanche. She is the third oldest of the nine children.
