Albert Tembey

Albert was born on September 20th, 1894 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland and his baptism took place on November 7th, 1895 in Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Cleator, Cumberland. Albert's father is John Henry Tembey and his mother was Emily Menhennet. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; his maternal grandparents were William Menhennet and Jacholiah Thomas. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Samuel William Henry, John, Eveline, Sarah Ann, Eliza Thomas, Christiane, Emily and Blanche. He was the youngest of the nine children.
