Blanche Tembey

Blanche was born in June 1885 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland. Blanche's father is John Henry Tembey and her mother was Emily Menhennet. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; her maternal grandparents were William Menhennet and Jacholiah Thomas. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel William Henry, John, Albert, Eveline, Sarah Ann, Eliza Thomas, Christiane and Emily. She is the eighth oldest of the nine children.
