Ruby Tembey

Ruby was born on July 7th, 1903 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland and her baptism took place on August 2nd, 1903 in St John's, Cleator Moor, Cumberland. Ruby's father was Samuel Tembey and her mother was Anne Hastings. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; her maternal grandparents are William Hastings and Isabella Lucas. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George Washington, Harold Newcombe, Leslie Hastings, Frank Hall, Douglas Hastings, Muriel, Gladys and Alberta. She died at the age of 78 on June 2nd, 1982 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland.
