Alberta Tembey

Alberta was born on December 25th, 1890 in Cleator, Cumberland and her baptism took place on January 25th, 1891 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland. Alberta's father was Samuel Tembey and her mother was Anne Hastings. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; her maternal grandparents are William Hastings and Isabella Lucas. She had five brothers and three sisters, named George Washington, Harold Newcombe, Leslie Hastings, Frank Hall, Douglas Hastings, Muriel, Gladys and Ruby. She died at the age of 59 in 1949.
