Frank Hall Tembey

Frank Hall was born on July 12th, 1902 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland and his baptism took place on July 27th, 1902 in St John's, Cleator Moor, Cumberland. Frank Hall's father was Samuel Tembey and his mother was Anne Hastings.
